Mr. Marsh’s patent-related experience includes work with medical and aerospace devices, communication systems, imaging and spectroscopy applications and various manufacturing processes. He also has engineering experience with General Motors, Rock Island Railroad and Iowa State University Research Foundation. Mr. Marsh has practiced 21 years in Colorado, as a partner in both intellectual property boutique and general practice firms. In the course of his practice, Mr. Marsh has worked extensively with both established companies and start-up ventures.
