Mr.
Crouch's experience includes work with microdisplays,
telecommunications systems and devices, electro-optics, data storage
devices, CRT displays, other computer hardware and software, medical
devices, juvenile and outdoor products, as well as a variety of
other electrical and mechanical technologies. Mr. Crouch has 7 years
of prior engineering experience as a systems engineer and analyst
for Ford Aerospace and Communication Corporation, formerly in
Newport Beach, California. Legal experience includes 14 years
practicing patent, trademark, and copyright law in all phases of
obtaining, counseling, exploiting, and enforcing client’s
intellectual property rights. This includes over 7 years with
Holland & Hart LLP, over 3 years with Chrisman Bynum & Johnson P.C.
(now a part of Faegre & Benson LLP), and 2 years as in-house IP
counsel for Displaytech, Inc.
