Careers

MFB is always interested in talented individuals who wish to practice in the field of intellectual property law. We require admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office or the technical background needed to qualify for registration.

The firm was founded in 2000, in part, to provide a balance between the professional and personal lives of our attorneys and staff. Our minimum annual expectation is 1500 hours billed. Although we make no guarantees concerning bonuses, we anticipate that an associate who bills 1600 hours or more per year should ordinarily receive a generous bonus.  Our realistic approach to billable hours allows for our members to actively participate in the training and development of our new hires.

The firm remains interested in entry level and junior attorneys who share our philosophy. More experienced lateral candidates are also sometimes considered. Additionally, the firm typically hires student associates for internship positions during the summer between their second and third years of law school.

Qualified applicants are encouraged to forward a resume, cover letter, transcripts and writing samples to:
Ms. Patti Pickell, Marsh Fischmann & Breyfogle LLP, 8055 E. Tufts Ave. Suite 450, Denver, CO 80237 or via e-mail to: ppickell@mfblaw.com.
