Mr. Berube’s practice is primarily focused on the preparation and prosecution of patents on behalf of established and emerging companies in varied electrical and mechanical arts, including signal processing technologies, optical communications equipment, medical devices, and computer software. Mr. Berube also represents clients in trademark registration matters and has been involved in the preparation of licensing agreements and the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
